Do not buy anything from these people! I originally bought a trial kit from them and when I ordered my Custom Kit it apparently upped the price which I was not aware of. Called them to resolve this and was told to return that kit by their customer service rep. What I was not told was that the return would deactivate my account!  I had to restart with a trial kit in order to get my custom kit again. This I did, but when my first Custom Kit came I was charged the whole amount and not the monthly payments I had been paying. Called again to the customer service department and spoke with "Rachel" yet again, who was to return the overcharge, instead she reurned the whole amount. Called in and spoke with another Gentleman the next month, when I was not charged my monthly payment. He told me everything was fine with my account and not to worry about the free kit I had received, and that my next shippment was on schedule to go out in July. Went to check my account in July to find out when my shippment was going out, only to find out that my account was yet again deactivated. This was due to the return of monies on my account, which the company made as showing that I returned yet another kit. Of course the only way to activate my account was to start the trial yet again! These people are such rip offs. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

    I was ordering my monthly trial kit and I too was talking to a lady named Rachel. So she sounded like she knew what she was talking about but when I tryed to ask her questions about the product she would rush me and ask what my card number is. So I give her my card number and right in the middle of her conferming my credit card number she hung up on me!! So I called them back ans thay told ke that I cant cancel my account with them cuz I have to wait 24 hours before canceling my account!?? So I got mad and started yelling at the lady on the phone cuz I have a short temper but I ended up canceling my credit card just cuz these dunboss are a stupid SCAM!!! Just pleasw dont buy from them!..

    I was told in my initial ordering of this product that I would only be charged $46.95 for the product monthly, "Not a penny more, or less" - WELL, here we are, four months later. Now they are charging me over $60 for the product..and get this, I still have not received even my second order of Meaningful Beauty! Not only that, but they pull the money from your account any time of the month. They don't have a recurring schedule or date to help you. I called the customer service center to ask why I was being charged over $60 this month & the woman said to include shipping costs of $8.99. She shot herself in the foot, because even with that shipping charge it still would not have amounted to the $64.50 price I was charged. After the reviews I have read I am canceling my card TODAY and will likely change my account number to seal the deal. Shady people.

    and how you resolve this?
    I canceled in 2010 and canceled my credit card also and they still send me letters that I need to paid  them

    I order some product and send it back and when I call about my credit refund of $100:87 there tell me there did not credit my account and yes there did there are stealing from you there are no good
