Scam

I joined Direct buy, Cost $4,400.00 for a three year membership.  The Sales pitch is that you can save 40%.  The real savings for furniture is around 20%.  I just saw an Ashley sale ad for 20% savings.  Everything else is about the same or higher.  I went to the store (30 miles one way) to buy a TV.  I got the price which I thought was high, so I didn't buy it.  I went on line and bought the same TV for $47  cheaper and it was delivered to my door.  With direct buy I would have had to make two trips (120 miles).  I did eventually by some furniture from them to try to recoop some of my investment.  Total cost of membership $4,400.00 - total savings $1200.00 = Loss of $3200.00 for believeing their sales pitch = Scam.
