doesn't work,head itchs,canceled and still charging me

I'm not happy with this product. The product has made my head itch and my hair is falling out a lot. I canceled and they are telling me they can't give me my money back and that I still owe $69. Then they told me that they would take 20% off and I could give it to a family member. You stupid people why would I do that if it did this to my hair. Very unhappy with the customer service and with the product. Will not recommend this product.
