Stainless is pitting

I purchased all new Maytag appliances after our kitchen remodel in 2010 . First thing was the circuit board went on our fridge, sorry out of warranty. Next the ice maker does not work from the door dispenser and clumps together in the ice holder inside the freezer. Now the doors of the fridge, range and dishwasher are pitting. What an ugly sight!! Was I fooled when I was told Maytag is the best??? When does coporate America start to assume so responsiblity?
