I did not authorize to have Kasperky.com to debit my credit card for $59.95

On 8/17/2012, my bank statement showed a debit charge of $59.95 to which I did not authorize. he transaction  number is  243323922300500922564975734. This needs to be credited back to me as I did not authorize this transaction.
