Hiring Process

I almost fell for this scam too. After spending hours filling out questionnaires on their application website, in which your future compensation depends on the how many correct answers you get, (yikes!) I submitted it and got a call back the next day that there would be a formal "2nd interview" by phone. I then got a text from one of their "talent acquisition managers" that he would be calling me in 48 hours at a pre-set time. OK, so far so good. I then got a reminder text an hour before the call in which he had my name wrong.. It turns out he was a middle Easterner whose accent I could barely understand and spent lots of time explaining to me how much money I could make, wasting 30 minutes of my time while telling me to take notes on info I already had.(very clever reinforcement technique). Later he was, of course, trying to steer me to the SMTA "fast track" program (after 5 minutes of detailed discussion with him I thought he said FMTA), No mention of what my score was on the answers I submitted two days earlier.
Some more homework reveals that Buffet SHC is not a member of the BBB and when you go on their site there is no contact information (e.g.email or phone numbers), of anyone in management, so if you have any questions or concerns, good luck! Then I did some research on Alexis Riley the National Hiring Manager. One of her online posts is about how in our liberal oriented country has too many people living off the till and expecting handouts. Nice to learn of her compassion. She also posted that at first she was skeptical, but after being thoroughly brainwashed as to the high-pressure sales technique mentioned in previous posts, she GOT IT, and became a super champion, "Champion" being a word they try to make you think that in order to be one you need to take their training.
Their Website link on Linkedin is this:https://www.linkedin.com/redir/phishing-page? ... healthcare%2eus
Notice the phising? The link will not connect.
After a lot of research I found National HIring Manager Alexis Riley's email address (not on the BSH website) to try to ask her a few questions. I received an automated email reply within 30 seconds directing to HR at BSH. Of course she cannot be bothered with up peons. A phone call to HR naturally went to voicemaIL and was not returned.
FINALLY, just out of curiousity I had my third interview today with the "non Bufftet" SMTA group. Yeah righ ! Want to buy a bridge? Five minutes into the interview I tried to ask a question about the training and was
told to hold my questions to the end of the 30 minute "intervirew". I told the peson I could not remember questions I wanted asked 30 minutes later and I would like them answered now. I was told I was "rude" and was no longer qualified.
Frrm reading previous posts this is exactly what I was expecting. They are obviously looking for Stepford kinds of candidates who have no independent thinking so they can of course brainwash you.
Oh well, as they say, there is a toilet seat for every kind of ass.

All this time spent, ineffective for any real evaluation, suggests it's all 'window dressing".
If it's too much trouble to answer questions, it suggests the "interviewer" is so lame they can't handle questions, which reflects poorly on the "company" and their choice of interviewer and screening process.
Or this is their intent, and they're looking for suckers.
Sounds like some sort of multi-level marketing scam.
