fraud

my mom had ordered two of the diamond z4 wedding ring sets through them. they told her that she would get a free pair of diamond earrings with it for free, well they charged her card $59.99 for the earrings and $43.99 for each set of rings. she ordered them about a week ago and now they refunded her half her money when she still wanted the rings they took 100 + dollars from her. she is highly upset about it and so am i considering she ordered one of the rings for me for my wedding due to the economy now a days i couldnt afford a real ring. i would definitaly not recommend this company to anyone its fradulant.
