unsolicited telephone calls to lower interest rate.

These people need to go to jail.  I get calls from "Wireless Caller" Soliciting visa card refinancing.
They use other peoples phone numbers.  The last on came from 507 456 1693.  I called it and found it to
be a Verizon customer.
