unauthorized charge on credit card

apparently this company still rips people off!  When a charge appeared on my credit card, I tried to get it removed.  I cannot log into their site.  I requested to change my password, and the message said they had sent me an email to change the password; it never happened, and I can't stop the charge or give them a piece of my mind!
