Awarded $9800 from the grants department

Just received a call that I would receive $9,800 in August from US Grants Dept.  I would not have to pay it back.  I could have it put in my bank account, reloadable card, or receive cash. I was given a ID Code and a telephone number to call 202-888-4067 and speak with IVY.  I was to call right away.  That's when I decided to do my research and see this is total a scam.
The did ask for Zip code, if I was married, employed and age.  Needless to say I will  not be following up on this.
