received call from idiot rep at this number, who hung up on me when I demanded to speak to supervisor!

I received a call from someone saying they wanted to talk to David about artwork for sale. I told them they had the wrong number and they have continued to call every day for over a week. When I try to call the number it is always busy. Reverse phone number lookup says this is an unpublished number in the Seattle, Washington area. The phone provider is Xo Communications.
