Unacceptable business practice...

This company handles whirlpool appliance issues.  I have a new house almost ready to go and when I do my walk through I notice the dishwasher is leaking.  The contractor on site, who by the way has done an outstanding job, assured me people had been contacted and the issue would be resolved.  The contractor waited all day for a repairman to show up and no one showed.  The company assured the contractor they would be there early the next day.  My contractor asked them to call him on his cell phone because he was working on other houses.  The idiots showed and did not call him.  They left a note on the door and left.  I finally had to intervene and I got not results.  I told them I needed the fix done so I could sign off on the new house, they didn't care about my situation and would not even attempt to squeeze me in on a day I needed.  They flat out brushed me off and treated me like a two dollar [***].

I will contact whirlpool and let them know this company sucks and they should look in to working with a real company that has their [***] together.
