Hi, my husband and I got also scammed by Royal Holiday in Can Cun  ,in July 2008, I was surprise from how many people we are we must get together to make this a good and sound music to complain and get our contracts cancel and our money returned, I see that no only they do not know what is going on but they still hurting with other people. we must inform include the information publicist and truism departments from Mexico to get this kind of people out of business that is not only hurting Mexico truism but other areas as well. We would like to join this group to send this information to senators and not only to them but to Mexican authorities and Public magazines, airports, massive information centers etc. we know we are not alone as they try to think. feel free to contact me

    We were scammed while in Cancun last week.  We arrived Cancun on Saturday mid-night and were approached by Royal Holiday staff.  They were good in selling the product.  They saw that we have two little ones (2 year old and 6 year old), and learned our schedules; we were going to have day trips and leave only Friday free and were leaving on early Saturday morning and got home in the evening.  While there, they promised that the contract can be cancelled anytime, and is based on the points unused.  Well, I did not find this in the operation book they gave us.  Not only that, they promised a dream vacation including free airline tickets, which I could not find in the package.  While we were busy sightseeing and taking care of little ones, I was planning to ask them these questions to them on Friday and cancel it onsite. I felt cheated on Friday because no one was there, unlike what they told me that they would be there any day while we were in Cancun.  
    Now it is 7 days since we sighed the contract and I want to find a way out to minimize our loss.  Let me know if you have figured out a way. Thanks for you help!

    Royal Holiday promise one of the best customer service for their members, this only happens if the current member is calling to make a payment and if you have any questions or concerns about your membership the associated is more likely to tell you they will send you all the information over email, well sit thigh because this email will never arrived,  The most common answer to any unhappy member at Royal Holiday is to Upgrade your membership no matter what is that you are unhappy about and you end up paying more for a membership you weren’t happy to begin with.
