Un-authorised $19.95 ever month credit report membership

I have 2 credit cards and noticed a $19.95 charge on one to Experian a company in which I have never done any buisness with or even gone to there website. I called the company and explained myself and was refunded then hurried nerviously to canceled my credit card. It took me 6 days to catch the mis-charge and no other mis-charges were made this is very odd for a theif, right. 10 days later my 2nd credit card had the same $19.95 charge for an every month charge and it took me 8 days before I noticed it and still on other mis-charges. This company is doing something illegal, unethical, and is stealing from many people. If this happens to you make an online complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This has got to stop.
