Will not remove dish from roof

I decided to drop my directv services yesterday after finding a charge on my bill for a certain movie package that I never asked or agreed to having.This movie package was being charged to me since May of 2018.My bad for not noticing this sooner. This is not the first time they have charged me for extra services that I never agreed to or requested.I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with Directv.I was a customer before At&t bought them out a few years ago.Starting off I was a directv user 10 years prior to trying out uverse services had this service for 2 years till At&t bought out directv.After At&t hounded me for a year to swap to uverse i did so and enjoyed the universe services. THen when at&t bought directv ,at&t wanted me to swap back to directv.They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse really low cost billing plus a $250 debit card.Needless to say never received the debit card after calling them once a week for several months about it.They just kept giving me the run around saying it's on the mail should receive in 7 to 10 days, well I never did receive it and the final time I spoke to a manager they told me I waited after the 3 months of not receiving the debit card which was a total lie!!I gave them 4 weeks till I started asking them about the debit card and called them every week after that for the next 2 months.So I gave up on that.When they came out to install the new dish to my house the installer was putting it in a different area of my house and I asked him why not just put it where the old dish was located he said I would get a better connection where he was putting it at.My old dish was mounted to the fascia board on the front of my house.I left for a few minutes when I returned the installer had finished installing equipment but he had installed the new dish on top of my roof penetrating shingles.I called directv telling about this they said not to worry with it.My concern was if I dropped their services and I removed the dish this will leave 4 holes in my roof.Seems like a reasonable concern to me.Fast forward 2 years later to today.I dont want their services due to wrongfull charges numerous times in the past 2 years.Contact directv yesterday and after being on the phone for 3 hours they say they are not responsible for the repairs of my roof or removal of the dish!!They offered $50 and nothing else.That would not pay for a bundle of shingles to do the repairs myself!!I'm dropping them and never going back.I am trying to drop all services with at&t since they own directv now.Cell phone services internet and satellite tv.
