I purchased Samsung Air cooler on 18/04/2014 from Reliance Digital, Capital Mall,Bhiwadi,Dist: Alwar, Rajasthan 301019. The water was leaking from the Air Cooler on receipt and I approached both Samsung Branch at Alwar and Reliance Digital, Bhiwadi Twelve (12) times by e- mail. On every occasion I received an Auto reply that my application is receiving their attention and suitable action will be taken in 48 hours. I have not received any reply last two (2) months,and leave aside getting the leakage problem resolved, they have not sent me any of Working Manual, Guarantee Card or the Bill.
I have the cash receipt with me.
A company of Reliance Digital status is disgraced by not even replying to the customer complaint with 12 reminders.
I have tried to submit complain letter to various other agencies on line, but so far no action from Reliance Digitals, Bhiwadi.
I seek your assistance in getting me my complaints resolved at the earliest.
