When a salesperson tells lies in order to get you to sign he has in efffect altered the agreement. They will not let you have access to their web page or look at a single page of their catalogs until you sign.  Keep in mind that verbal comments made to sell you something is admissible in a court of law.  Direct Buy is a calculated scam.  Don't stop fighting to get your money back.  If you are a millionaire and you want to save some money on a $125,000.00 rentivation to your kitchen you might save some money using Direct Buy.  I will guarantee you that when you beat their best price they will have some lame excuse as to why it doesn't matter.  In otherwords you can only shop with them.  As far as they are concerned if you shop anywhere else you are outside of their phoney contract.  These folks are not only scam artist, they are heartless.
