Service

As a person who works in retail when it comes to service I expect the best because I give the best...I ordered a brekkie wrap and tea in mall of Africa and they just gooi soft drinks caps on our cups and lady just adds cheese in my wrap without asking like this was the first time I was having breakfast from kfc and most def the last the service was not on point at all...it took them more than 10mins to prepare a black rooibos tea.
