Staff employee

On oct 13th I was shopping at your Ross store at the Eastland shopping center in covina Ca and have to say the checker was rude her name was Mary. I spent 165.00 and that woman was putting it in tiny bags. They have carts with big poles so you can't take them to your car. So I explained that I can't carry ten small bags on my arms to my car. She bagged up three small bags. I saw big bags at the other counter that woman was too lazy to walk two steps to get a bigger bag. She was just pushing everything in the tiny bags. I finally got up set and told her these are xmas gifts and I need them in a bigger bag. She finally walked her big butt the two steps. I was I believe treated poorly cause I am white 60 year old woman and she was black. I have never made a complaint to any store but this made me so upset she ruined my day.
