Harrassment calls

I am getting 2 to 3 calls per day from the same people asking me if I am interested in home improvements. I have repeatedly told them that I am not interested and to remove my number from their system. Then, someone will call me back within the next 30 minutes and ask me the same thing. I asked them was this a joke because i just received a call 30 minutes ago. In the past, I have asked them nicely to STOP calling me. I'm getting ready to get real ugly with them. Government officials need to so something about these calls. The do not call registry is worthless. These people are simply calling to harass people. They are not interested in any home improvement. Otherwise, why would you keep calling people when you know they are not interested.
