Not able to connect to network

I’m in the US and I’ve been unable to connect to network. I’ve contacted the customer care but in vain. I’ve recharged an international pack as directed by them and changed different android and iOS devices, with no luck.
I need this as my mobile banking is tied to the number and its been two months since I’m facing this issue.
