While our goods were transported from New Delhi to Bangalore, our Sony Bravia 55" Smart 3D TV which was packed in one box and its accessories packed in another were stolen.
3 speakers were also stolen. Prestige stove was damaged and broken in pieces with the coil under it coming out. Yamaha bike side lights and dome was also broken along with some crockery.
This is the worst service we had. At the time of delivery, the supervisor didnot turn up.
Even after multiple calls the supervisor Mandeep (from Bangalore) and the manager (Manish Jain) neither turned up nor responded back.
Such irresponsible behavior was never expected from them. It was such a monetary loss along with mental grievance and time waste for all our family members.
