unsolicited call and calling very early in the morning (6:45 am)

it seems these jack***es have no regard for anyone other than themselves.  calls come at about 6:45 am and they don't care that you are unhappy at being awakened.  The phone number is "spoofed" so you can't call them back or even get a way to report them since they won't give you a real phone number.

    They have no regard..
    because it's a scam.  They're looking for suckers they can con or bully into disclosing credit card numbers.
