for eight months they have taken  5499dollars  from my account   i took a trip  and  my car topped  i had never had to use them or any company  i took my car to dealer  and they want to check and dig. my problem  but the warrenty company  renewable  auto care  will not give them  an ok  they said i did not change my oil every  5000 miles as the book says  i changed my oil every   2500  miles  as any  company would tell you  its common sense   not   5000 miles this is an excuse to not fix my car. now i want some help on this or i will hire a lawyer if i need too.  do not want to but will their number is claims  1 877 234 4333  they  already gave me a claim id number it is   50939   my  agreement  contract  number with them is   rac472291  have   been with  going on a year less a couple of months now this is fraud  a scamm or what i want my  money  back  they took from me and i will drop them  i can be reached at   985 542 2012  0r  work   984 981 1527  thank you and God  bless you hope to hear from you in a timely manner . again thanks for your time and consideration patricia winget

    this  company   renewable  auto cre needs to be checked out by  bbb  now its unfair and real stupid what they are doing people i want my   54.99  i paid for 8 months  back and i will fix my own car  its not major. i have a lovely car  sebring. now hope someone will get on to this please people watch these  extended warrenties  companies  out there there are doing awful things to people and  lying to them holding not to their word  behold means  stop and watch out for their scamms  and lies. thanks god bless

    all i can say  is  call my   facillity  community motors in hammond la at 985-345-0104   ask  for   gary  rogers   worker  he will verify  what they done said we just dropped her no coverge as of now   right in the middle of a claim  #50939   thanks

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will not pay a claim. They run you around in circles and deliberatly put the repair off for weeks. Claim your documentation is not enough Repeatly deny thee claim. Cancel your policy in the middle of a repair. If you authorize a repair and because they are taking so long they will not reimburse you even if it is coverd (not that anything ever would be, they have seen to that) There is nothing an attorney can do< I have consulted with two..DONT BUY INTO THE TRAP!

    I went back to my CC company and had the charges reversed. I didnt get all my money back but over 1/2...better then nothing. I also contacted several attorneys and was told there was nothing that could be done.
