I had purchased 2 tone AC two year before but it was not coolinf since April 2010. I had made complain many times to your local service center headed by Mr Pramod Sharma but he did not attend rectify my problem till date. This is computer institute, you can imagine my problem. Your services are very poor. Please look into the matter and please solve my problem today or tommarow otherwise I will have to file a case in Consumer Forum against your company.

my AC was not working properly there was low cooling, ice forming and water coming out from indoor unit ,hence I have complianed on ur toll free number 18002008282 on 19th may in response I have cbeen given compliant number 8442346405 and was assured that my complian will be attended within 2 days but even after passing of 20 days nothin has been done regarding my complain.In the meantime we are repeatedly calling toll free number and your lucknow office number 05224029000 but I'm not getting any response even on each telephone call my compliant was registered on same compliant number which was already given to me on 19th may 2012 .On latest reminder from my side on 8th june 2012 I was again given same compliant number.Today then on 9 june 2012 again I have called on 05224029000 and complaint that even after assurence no engginier has visited my residence.On this I have got response from a RUDE lady sitting on above mentioned phone number that my complain is only of 8th june .
In this situation I apphereance that your service centre is manupulating my complaint and are not interested in resolving my problem from the past 20days I'm suffering from heat waves even having AC installed .Finally I request you to rectify my problem otherwise I will have no other option than to proceed in consumer forum.
