Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charge and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to the dispute address on your bank statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank gets it in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to protect your FRB Reg. E (for checking account), or FCBA (for credit card) dispute rights.

I was charged 79.95 for something I didn't order either from this site also. I had wanted to try a free trial from Google online. I was charged $1.95 for handling which I put onto my debit card. I decided I didn't want the trial after all and cancelled within the 7 days as they stated so I wouldn't be charged. They gave me 3 different toll free numbers to call to cancel...one for the kit, another for an online business site and one for Amazon click sell go. I called all the numbers to cancel. They even gave me cancellation numbers and one said they would email me with the cancellation notification. I plan to contact my bank concerning the fraud and give them all the numbers to contact these places. I plan to cancel my debit card and have bank reissue a different card and have the charges reversed on my account.
