satelite installatrion was put in all wrong

i have had nothing but trouble with direct tv satelite installation, it would go off for no apparent reason at all, the first winter, it was off more than it was on, but i kept paying, i wouyld call and tell them, trhey were going to send somebody, never did, finally i caught two salesman walking down our street selling direct tv, i ezplained the situation they said theyd have some body get ahold of me that irt was way over due, it should never be that way, no body ever did. i called again, they said they had no record of anybody ever calling at that time i had called about 5 times, not counting talking to the salesman, from direct tv, the guy says i will have to charge you to send someone out i said why would you charge me? i asked for a supervisior, a very pleasant lady, not like the other ones i had delt with over a year and ahalf, she said mr ward i will not leave you up in the air about this i am sorry for the trouble youve been having, it should have been taken care of long timew ago, i am sending and you will not be charged a tecnichan to your house no charge and find out what the problem is, a nice gentleman, named adam west, arrived on 10-21-12 at 12:00, i explained to him all my trouble, he started to investigating it, i told him about in the conversation that i got the sports package, and i never did but they were charging me, i can see why you couldnt, he put in a new dish with braces on it so the wind wouldnt blow it, new ground new splitters new power inverter and cable, i could not believe the system i had then, there was such a fdifference its unbeleivable And to this day ive never had no trouble, when stehanie id # 445680, called back i told her what he had found, and why i had not had tv, fo at least a year or better, i said i see the sports package you were talking about, she put it on there for me, i told her i have never had that before, i give her the mans comments and conversation, with a copy of what i have in front of me, the lady said call back, mr, ward i am very sorry for all of theis how can we make it right with you (now keep in mind i have kept paying direct tv, all this time for a service i was half getting if that, she said i can give you the sports packaghe to start off with, the remainder of it, she said what would you consider fair? i said all these months ive had tv like this, i would like to have those months back i know mr ward i can only go so far, we aghreed on 6 months, free service, but she had toi get it okd by her supervisor, she had to go higher up, she was a supervior but she had to go to someone higher. she come back and conmfirmed our agreement, everything went fine till today 11-26-12, century link, shut our internet off, we owed back payments, to make a long story short, they were sorry, for the inconvenice, the pay station had taken money out of someones bank account and i dont usse the bank account i pay cash, and turned satelit off also, i said why did you turn it off after they turned everything back on? they said because, we pay direct tv, i saiud you didnt have to pay anything i have 6 months free, a nice way of calling me a lier, to which said in a nice way no bodys lying about anything i gave the womans name and id number, theyt said we looked it up on the computer and there is no mention of free tv only the sports package, i said can you get ahold of this lady, we cant do that i said why do these people have an id number, sahe had no answer, now i ask you, why would i lye about something like this, when i wasnt the only person that could testify to the agreement i have with diorect tv, so you have got her name and id number ive got the man who came here, and im sure stephanie will back up everything im telling you, i think weve went through enough trouble, and hope you will honor the agreement sincerely richard and marie ward 89 n venice st nampa idaho 83687 phopne number 208-562-7643 or 208-570-4095 account #208-461-9853
