I filled a claim for reimbursement on a rental car per my Maxcare Service Contract agreement, since 5 January 2019, sent in all receipts copies of agreement, contract along with claim number (08938920), refund will be sent with in 2 to 3 weeks per notice the company gave me. I have called every week since January to check on progress have gotten a different agent or rep every time most cant speck , English nor understand English so therefore theres a language barrier. So Sad, but always a different answer but NO clear answer..and NO Check..Every rep has a different answer ...But no Check
