I am a long time customer of DTV. I ordered a new =
system and was promised much by your sales teams but none of it was true or=
actual as stated by them when the system arrived. You sales team are fraud=
ulent in their dealing with the public and I have sent a similar letter to =
the attorney generals office for complaint. I just spoke with a customer se=
rvice rep named Carlos id # 9575 he was very rude, condescending, inappropr=
iate, and harassing on the phone, he claimed he could help me resolve the i=
ssue but just kept reading from the order page and telling me I was a liar =
until he hung up on me. <br></div><div><br></div><div>The sales team promis=
ed, no guaranteed us the new home dvdr system. we were supposed to receive =
2 dvdr units with the 4 HDTV receivers and installation to 4 rooms.
When the install came out he said it was only authorized to install 1 DVDR=
units with the 4 HDTV receivers. We were told on the phone that we were gi=
ven the upgrade for free to the second DVDR unit before we pre-paid and agr=
eed to the order.</div><div><br></div><div> I really do not appreciate=
d having to speak with unprofessional customer service people and being tre=
ated like a subhuman being. When I have been with your company for over 10 =
