Cointinued calls on my cell phone soliciting business after I have asked to be taken of call list

I have scores of phone calls on my cell from GE Home Security despite repeated requests that GE stop calling me. GE thwarts my efforts to block their calls by using different  phone numbers each time that show up on caller ID.
