constatnt harassement

I amde a worse mistake by acquiring a credit card with these idiots. They did not send me a monthly statement and now keep charging me late fees and finance charges. Its their negligence and repeated request by me have fallen on deaf ears. I keep getting these harassment notices and even after cutting up my card they keep harassing me.
