I GOT SCAMMED BY RHC

I was vacationing in Nassau in January 2012, when i was approached by their sales rep to purchase membership, i thought their idea was good because it sold me on freezing hotel costs, i was suppose to listen to them for on an hour it turns out i was pressured to sign after six hours. I was told they where going to close i could just sign the contract for filing but keep my copy to read over and bring it back the next morning, if I didn't like the terms i still have time to cancel with a full refund. turns out it was not so, now 4 months later I still haven't got my money back. does anyone knows how to fight this company? Royal holiday club is bogus, they are nothing but legal thieves.
