Hassan a Car Rental.Com customer service representative, after being told that the quotes he provided exceeded my budget abruptly disconnected the phone on me while I was in the process of thanking him for his time and effort he extended to my enquiry. I felt offended and found it extremely distasteful. This reflects a voracious profit appetite with a genuine disinterest to excellence in customer care. This conduct is a disservice to the individual, Hassan, and his employer, Car Rentals.Com and the business perception that they generate.
