Vodafone India — Cheating customers by activating unwanted packs

I was just surfing on internet, and after sometime I got message from vodafone that, "Your Glamour zone pack is activated & Rs.45 has been deducted. I immediately call to vodafone customer care, the lady from the other end told me that, she didn't get any account information of mine. she gave me other number to deactivate the service(155223), I had successfully deactivate the service using this number but still I didn't get my money back.
What the hell is going on with vodafone. Its really not accepting from Vodafone.

    Yes. You are right Mr. Shailesh. When you browse net, it gets activated with out our knowledge and vodafone is telling us we are activating. I fought with them and refund the money. But every week I have to fight with them 5 times to get refund money back. It is better not to go with vodafone.
