Billing problems with CheapoAir

I was on cheapoair.ca (not .com) looking for flights. I found one and i called customer support because I had a voucher of $20 per person and needed them to apply it.  She found the same flight and quoted me as agreed for $562 each passenger.

I just looked at my credit card and I see a charge of $523.28.....weird...then it's in USD so now it totales $595 EACH....where did these two figures come from ?  On TOP of that there's a $80 USD charge...for what i do no know.... looks like i was charged for some other flight!

i call CheapoAir and they tell me the tickets have been issued and nothing i can do about it....??? ummm this is Fraud?! you can't quote one thing and charge something different.

i get a call centre in India of course ....on hold for an hour.... Still no resolution.

What else can i do...? This is illegal!

    My brother had a stroke.  I asked to add a ticket to travel the same time as my sister.  All I was doing is booking a flight - they charged me $200.00.  I believe this is also fraud and will take it to the Consumers Bureau.  I was giving them my business and could have made the flight arrangements for no cost by contacting the airline.  This company doesn't seem to care about their customers and are not knowledgeable.  Book your flights with the airlines.  No muss - no fuss and no $200.00 charge.  I think this is a company owned and operated in India!

    Needed to cancel flight due to a sudden injury. When called to cancel told ticket was no refundable yet I had been allowed to by insurance in case I needed to cancel. Why was this option available to me when I bought the ticket? I was told I could be given a 200USD credit for the same route within a years time. I don’t know if I’ll be able to travel to the same place within a year’s time. All I want is my money back which the insurance policy promised.

    I purchased air line tickets also the travel protection plan for my self and my wife. Ihave not received any refund as of 6/22/2020. My booking #66587087.
