Never notified of change in policy

I have been a loyal member since 1995.(13years).I joined at the Sheepshead bay ballys in,Brooklyn NY. In 2005 I sustained a severe injury which has forced me into early retirement,this caused me to minumized my activities,therefore limiting my visits to Ballys.I have somehow  maneged to continue my monthly contractual agreememt. After many months of physical therapy. On 3/20/08 I attempted to return back to the gym. I invited my wife to accompany me since she was in town for the Easter holiday.We drove 7.3 miles from our home. I invited my wife as my guest. Upon entering the Sheepshead Bay center Brooklyn NY. We were directed to Angelica,(sales represenitive).Upon entering Angelica's office she asked my wife if she had ever been a guest at Bally's before. My wife responded yes, some years ago. Angelica rudely replied, it's going to cost you $15.00 or a one day guest pass or to become a member. I interviened by saying,it's been well over one year since my wife accompany me as a guest. Angilica said nope,that they were under new mangement and that what she had told us was their new policy. To my understanding I was a allowed to bring the same guest once per year.I was dumbfound when Angelica informed me of the new policy change. I was never informed of any policy change.Furthermore these new changes were not posted anywhere within view at this facility.Angelica's way of communicating with me was very condescending and disparaging. I am requesting for you to please provide me with your current and previous policy.My understanding Ballys policies applys to  all your facilities using you name.My experience today cause me and my wife embarrassment.It is not the matter of the $15.00 guest pass is the way we were dealt with.
