Product not shipped as promised

Ordered tow small appliances, have not recieved product even though ikitchen has billed my card.  I have complained twice with no response.  Am now going to turn over to prepaid legal to fill a complaint with NY A/G. We will see what if anything happens now.
Conclusion: Stick with QVC
