Back in July, 2009 I ordered four posters from posterpass.com. The posters arrived promptly & were good posters. The trouble came when I received more posters that I did not order. I contacted posterpass.com & they said I had entered into an automatic shipping deal. I protested & they said to return the unordered posters by UPS, which I did. After a month I contacted posterpass.com again because my bank account had not been credited the money for the unordered posters. They said it takes a while for that to happen, four to six weeks. I called again a month later when the credit still had not appeared. Posterpass said they were still processing the request. Since then I have called repeatedly and always was told it was processing. In October when I called again they said they had tried to credit my account but my VISA # was not in effect. I had had to get a new card because of someone trying to put charges on my account that I had not authorized (probably posterpass) so I gave them my new account # (I know, stupid!). Now on 11/25/09 there was a $79 withdrawal from Posterpass instead of a $40 credit. Everytime I call now all I get is a message saying to leave my name & number and an account representative will call me back. They haven't. I want a credit in the form of a money order or check (which might not even be any good!) as I have no intention of ever giving posterpass my account # again! I've seen the other complaints about this company & wonder if any of us will ever see our money again!
