Jeremy Zamyslowski was a prisoner at Fed Correction Facility until 12/7/10 but his ability to placed calls ended end of Nov.  I have called once and his girlfriend(?) claims she has called numerous times to cancel this.  Still a charge of $29.54 on my Visa continues even into January.  I am the grandmother of Jeremy and was paying for this to help his time.  His girlfriend Alex Murray is the one who set this up without my approval but I let it continue.  She had my Visa Info to pay for money for him and used it for this.  Didn't dispute it while he was a FCC in Lisbon Ohio.  But I do not want to, nor can I afford to pay now that he is not there.

    Contact them directly, as the owner of the VISA card, to notify them that their right to charge it is revoked.  Follow up in writing, mailed certified, so you have proof of notification.

    If charges continue, file a fraud dispute through your bank, block your card number due to fraud, and contact your state Attorney General for assistance.

    Keep copies of all letters, as you may have to sue should they turn over their rejected unauthorized charges to a collection agency.

    I want my money back it"s been sense Aug 2010 that they took my money and won"t return it I call every week get the same answer I will E-mail my supervisors let them know they did"t tell me I still haded pay-the prison to connected fee of 10 dollars a month so I cancel it with in 30 minutes  and the cons keep my money

    I am also in your shoes, call the BBB in Florida and the attorney general in your state and report them, they did send me a email saying that I was getting a refund but have not got it yet and it was not for all the moneys I paid them, I waited for 3 months for them to rip me off and to beat it all I talk to a prison official in my state he told me that they knew that there services were not aloud so please call and report them no matter what is owed to you they can not keep doing this to people

    And I as well, You should call your bank and charge back on this as a fraudulent charge.They are telling me that I will get a refund but it will be weeks before I see it.I was told my calls would be .99 cent and they are not !!!
