ISO 9001 Certifiers OR AGARWAL SPEED LINK PUNE - BIG THUGS

My brother-in-law shifted his house on 4th May 2012 through Agarwal Speed Link Pune and this was the biggest mistake as he wanted AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS [DRS Group]. I AM SURPRIZED HOW Agarwal Speed Link has got its ISO 9001 2008 certification?? Are ISO 9001 certifiers CHEATS!!!! who give the certification to any tom dick and harry. The service provided by Agarwal Speed Link Pune was sub standard, horrible and the office staff do not have the deciency to talk to their customers. The workers didnt have uniform when they came to do the packing, nor did they bring sufficient carton boxes, they filled even the garbage in the carton box. when we opened the carton box which read KITCHEN to our surprize it was full of clothes.  Is this what ISO 9001 certifies for???? They did the shifting and then left 23 carton boxes at my brother-in-laws place saying that each box costs Rs.50/- and that we have to give the boxes to them at their Nigidi office and if they came to collect the boxes then they would charge us Rs.600/- WHAT CHEATS!!! After constant calls we could speak to the Agarwal Speed Link Pune person on 9320529797 and were promised that someone one will come to our residence and collect the 23 carton boxes and return my deposit money of Rs.1150/- but I am sorry to say that they do not stand up to their word. We have waited and waited for someone to come and pick the cartons from my brother-in-laws house to collect the cartons but till date no one has come to collect the cartons.  We also wrote to Agarwal Speed Link that we will put it on facebook and write to ISO 9001 certifiers but they didnt take any action.  So now before we move to the consumer court I would like all those who want to shift their house PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE - Agarwal Speed Link services you will regret for a life time.     SO WE NEED TO KNOW IF ISO 9001 CERTIFIERS OR AGARWAL SPEED LINK ARE CHEATS THUGS WHO ARE TO BE PULLED TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
