Flight delay

My name is Susan Fox, I traveled with my daughter Alexis Fox on August 14 taking flight TK 0785 from Tel Aviv to Istanbul. Our next flight TK 0017 from Istanbul to Toronto was delayed for three hours and because of that we missed our following flight AC 7367 from Toronto to Detroit.. After arriving in Toronto we waited  more than an hour to pick our bags and we only found one out of the four bags that we had checked in (Tel Aviv). After waiting for the bags and filing a missing baggage report there was nobody at the desks to help book a room in a hotel so we spent a miserable night sitting on chairs at the airport..The next day we took flight AC 7363 to Detroit. It's been a whole week and I am still missing one bag (TK 564693).
I hold Turkish Airlines responsible for all this, and hope to get paid for the inconvenience, spending a whole night sitting on a chair after travellin for 15 hours, the bag and what is in the bag t and all the clothing and cleaning stuff we had to buy during that terrible experience.
