"Jennifer Garcia" from "Legal Outsourcing" called my sister leaving a message to contact her at (833) 741-3593 when I called she states that I have a debt with Total Visa and they are proceeding with a judgement that I will be taken to court and they are adding all the legal fees She stated she could try to drop the fees but I have to make a Payment of $1050 asap  While I was waiting for her to "do the math" I googled Legal Outsourcing and later explained her that I had found several complaints against this firm. She then escalated the call to her supervisor "Chris"  he said that the actual name of his firm is "Montgomery Grant Litigation Group" I asked him for an exact address because I wanted to look them up he said that the headquarters was in Long Beach CA but never gave me an exact address. I told him that everything was very suspicious and I was going to file a complaint with the FTC,  he started screaming at me saying that he will see me in court and I should pay me debts and hung up on me. I recently refinanced my house so I know I don't have any debt however for a minute I felt intimidated, these scammers know how to make feel threaten. Thank you to the people that take their time and file these complaints. I will do the same and I will report them to the FTC.

    I highly recommend that you submit this complaint to the guys at The Debt Defense. They helped me with a similar issue and it was resolved rather quickly. The debt went away and I made $1,500 LOL.  good luck! www.thedebtdefense.com

    They just tried to scam me as well. Their address is a UPS store in Long Beach. They called every single member of my family!!!!! When I asked them to see the paperwork they refused. They said you got something in the mail already. When I told them I did not, I said could you email it to me. They said ok but I have to stay on the phone with you while you read it and get your payment info first. I told them, no. I would like my attorney to review it. They got angry and hung up on me. Then they called me back and had me speak to two "supervisors". This is the website they gave me. https://www.mglitigationgroup.com/ They knew everything about me so be careful. Montgomery Grant is a scam and I am reporting them NOW.

      I received a threatening call today from them and they were threatening my work as well. Same person, chris and they had all of my information.  Who should i report to?

        I just got a called yesterday from them, demanding me to pay my and threaten me , I was going to get served at work and taken to court. OH MY GOD, I was just about to pay them. I am taking care of this issue with a real debit collector. thank you so much for these messages.

    My son, my ex husband and daughter recieved a call stating I was being served with a civil suit. I admit I owe a debt to the company they are saying but this company wants triple the amount. of the actual debt. This debt is 6 years old. When I spoke to representative Jacob King I said why threat to serve me with a civil suit and call my family. He stated it got you to call. So now they emailed me a document to sign for payment.

      I got this today and I hope you didn’t regardless. Statue of limitations to sue is 5 years

    Well....they got me! I did not do my homework until after I paid them for a debt that I thought was resolved years ago.  I googled and found this page.  Immediately contacted the bank. They shut down my card, etc. I then called the 877-388-8413 number and Jack P answered the phone. Asked him for an address and he refused.  What ligit company refuses to give out their contact information even it is a PO Box, if they are about real business and not FRAUD!  DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE, HANG UP. They threatened my mother in law, husband and me.
