Ross employee that records customers

Some [***] by the name of Spencer at a Beaverton OR Ross is secretly recording customers. Mostly complaining of them. Posting "more [***] customers", apparently a woman was returning a lot of jewelry and he chose to secretly record her without her knowing and post her on instagram and facebook. Why does he even have his phone on him?
