"Good Housekeeping"..
is showing a lot of recent complaints alleging cramming book "orders" and unwanted "subscriptions".
With any unauthorized charge, it is safest to recover your money by disputing through your bank. That invokes your dispute rights under federal law and regulations, and creates a record that the charges were not authorized. The merchant gets a chargeback fee for the cost of reversing them, and if their chargeback ratio gets too high, they can get cut off by their payment processor.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
