Terrible customer service

So I checked my email today and saw I got a flight confirmation (round trip)for this up comming weekend. Big problem I haven't flown since last year! And I did not book this flight. So I'm at work and end up spending my entire lunch break as well as eating into the other half of my day trying to talk to customer service to cancel this and make sure I'm not going to be charged. After being transferred to seven different people and being put on hold nĂºmero use amounts of time I got re-routed to the main menu and hung up on. So now I have to change my email to only add to putting my bank account on alert and having to turn off my husbands debit card. Did anyone tell me they would do what they can to get this corrected? Nope, so tomorrow I'm filing a formal complaint with the BBB and a fraud report yeah it will eat up my lunch break and yes this could be a cyber Monday scam but I'll never use them again and I flew a total of 5 round trips last year.
