Shalom Mrs Iren Guata Tokes,
I and my wife are both TK elite + passengers .
That's was happened to me on April 30, TK 21 on the flight from Beijing to Istanbul.
See please attached.
I was on an isle 13J sit in Comfort class when breakfast was served . An empty porcelain heavy white cup served for coffee, felt from the cart on my right knee. It was accidently happened as a mistake of the Stewart with no intention . I felt pain and the crew brought ice to put on the knee.
I was given the names of the Stewart and the crew members responsible.
I was told that this event will be reported after the landing to the TK adequate authorities.
I was asked to leave an hand written report, which I did.
The following .are the staff members involved:
Ms AYSEL TUTUG was the Stewart who conducted the cart.
Mr GAMUE SIRIN KAPANDAN was the chief Stewart
Mr KAAN SELEK was the Comfort class chief Stewart.
These pains I had later for few days.
I am reporting this event to complete the report I left on board and to find out what rights of compensation I have.
