Request for reinstatment of an one year valid ticket without consent /permisson of pasenger.

I copy paste my email, in response to, ( RE: ##8261528# MUSTERI ILISKILERI MUDURLUGU (NOREPLYCUSTOMER@THY.COM). Could you please acknowledge receiving my complaint and in fact considering it.

To avoid any confusion. The original tickets were :
1-Istanbul to London. Date 26.9.2013; Roghayeh Ahmadi Asour, Ticket Number: 2354314202279
2-London to Tehran. Date 13.10.2013; Roghayeh Ahmadi Asour, (via Istanbul, Ticket Numbers: 2354155176319C1 / C2)
When we were in Istanbul in the head office we did as follows;
1-We changed the first ticket (Number: 2354314202279) to: Istanbul-Tehran because entry visa to UK was delayed.
2-We asked about second ticket (2354155176319C1/C2): We were advised by your own staff not to make any changes in Istanbul as it was valid until 18th August 2014. We used our common sense and DID NOT request for any changes / cancellations on this ticket.
When we arrived in London, we called to change this ticket to an open date, and were told it has been cancelled.
We did not cancel this ticket, it would make no economic sense whatsoever to cancel this ticket, I expect a full refund or a re-instatement of this ticket. It is unacceptable from you to decide to cancel this ticket which I have paid money for, this would be an unacceptable loss for me. Please reinstate my ticket.
