order incomplete

I ordered cindy crawford meaningful beauty lkit andit was incomplete and they wouldnt let me cancel my order so people oit there go get your credit card  no. Cnanged so they cant take your money...it is a scam..the reps are rude and  dont listen to anything you say.my order was incompletr without the  very thing i was wanting and they didnt ship what i wqa missing in my kit..someone needs to talk to the ceo   over these reps..so many complaints..its a wonder they  have any customers at all.wish i had read about this scam before i ordered thos product..
