Approved Death Claim

HI....saan po pwede mag complain regarding sss death claim.Approved na po sya and binigyan na po ako ng reference number.According to them it will took 60 days to be disbursed on my acct.The said claim was approved last dec. 2022 ...its been 3mos but there is no diabursement na nagyari.I tried to contact them via email and said na meron pa daw hinihintay na document.Sana po matulungan nyo po ako.salamat po ng marami.
