LOUD NOISE

Bought washer in Oct 2010 and 7 months laer it started making noise --LOUD -- I have to close the door and it still drowns out everything in the house. Sounds like a bad bearing. No help from whirlpool or Lowes. NEVER by whirlpool again. Told my sons and siblings and nieces and nephews.
